Evaporative suits Perth’s dry summer heat, costs the least to run and delivers constant fresh air, but it loses effectiveness on humid days and does not heat. Refrigerated ducted reverse cycle works in any conditions, heats in winter and can be zoned, but costs more to install and run. We recommend based on your home and how you use it.
